It's never too late to start

Redesign ideas for every budget!

For the savvy DIY’er looking to conquer home improvement projects in 1-3 months, not 1-3 years!

As opposed to a full gut renovation, DIY's are generally regarded as making "ugly" things "pretty" via a simple or quick update of something dilapidated (i.e. cabinet doors, kitchen backsplash, stale paint, outdated flooring), and often times repairs / restoration will trump the personal design style of the DIY'er. As a preference, based on personal and professional experience, the best approach to DIY'ing is to curate a complete and cohesive home redesign, which I liken to what you might see on celebrity design shows like Hollywood House lift with Jeff Lewis, Windy City Rehab with Alison Victoria, or Flip or Flop featuring Christina Haack whereby living spaces are neutralized for a quick sale, or customized specifically to one’s individual taste.

That said, most of us can't afford a personal designer with a general contractor on standby, nor do we have the time or means to embark on such a journey, but that doesn't mean we can't accomplish a similar result by simply doing it ourselves. DIY'ing is a sliding scale that often allows homeowners the flexibility and convenience to get things done on their own time, at their own pace, without the headache or involvement of a general contractor with unanticipated scheduling delays or costly change orders.

Accordingly, I've developed a proven framework The Hybrid DIY in order to assist homeowners and prospective home buyers in tackling DIY home improvement projects with ease - having the option to involve a contractor only as-needed.
